Education for Africa implemented her second flagship Back-To-School Project called – ‘The Upgrade Project’ in Lagos State. The Upgrade Project was a classroom renovation project focused on refurbishing 2 deteriorated classrooms in one public secondary school in Lagos State. The project refurbished and upgraded these classrooms to create a conducive learning environment for the students in the school. The classes were painted, white boards and notice boards fixed, and 40 new furniture provided.
To kick-off, funding will be achieved through voluntary contributions from individuals until we are able to build a portfolio that can be used to access grants and donor funding.

At the Education Fest Program 2022, Education for Africa Foundation will addressed 13 teenagers at the Heritage Homes Orphanage, Lekki-Ajah, Lagos. The foundation also donated educational games and books to the children. The games to donated were monopoly, chess and scrabble. The Foundation also provided the children with refreshments. It was an enlightening program!

People in dire need of education, healthcare etc. The project utilized various hashtags such as #everyfactshouldspuranact #factsforacts. Some facts presented for acts during the project includes, the rate of out-of-school children in Nigeria, the rate of girl children out-of-school, the education rate of girls in Northern Nigeria amongst other facts presented.
